Terra Investment Group LLC (“TIG”) is a private real estate investment firm that specializes in acquiring residential value-add projects in core, core adjacent and transitional markets across the Sun Belt region.

TIG’s goal is to diligently source, opportunistically acquire, and actively manage strong cash-flowing residential properties in markets with sustainable growth supported by strong economic drivers where TIG can successfully operate throughout the real estate cycle.

TIG's investment strategy is to acquire middle-market multifamily assets that have been poorly managed, underutilized, and in need of a moderate to heavy rehab. Over a mid to long-term investment horizon, TIG seeks to provide high-yielding passive income for accredited investors.
